The Oklahoma City Action Center is a lifeline for residents to address concerns in and around neighborhoods and surroundings. The Action Center is a subdivision of the City of Oklahoma City to serve as your one-stop contact center to report confidential, non-emergency inquiries. Street potholes, tall/uncut grass, unattended vehicles and graffiti are just a few examples of the most common reports the center receives and handles. A complete list of code violations is available for reference.
There are several ways to get in touch with the Action Center:
Email – action.center@okc.gov
Phone – (405) 297-2535

Before a resolution takes place, all reports are thoroughly reviewed and investigated. Remember to include the nearest street location and address in your response to the Action Center (also, do not forget to include photos if you have them!). Due to the volume of responses, the Action Center urges residents to call 9-1-1 and/or the utility service provider for any residential or immediate emergencies.
