If you have a four-legged friend then there is nothing more needed than a great dog park. Whether your dog likes to meet new friends or just stretch their legs, the metro is filled with amazing dog parks. Here is a small sampling of some of our favorites but this is far from an exhaustive list.
Bar K
Bar K is the newest and best way for dogs and people to hang out together while enjoying some of the top amenities.
Located in the Boathouse district, this space comprises an indoor and outdoor dog park, bar and restaurant.
Recently named “Best Dog Bar” by USA Today’s Readers’ Choice Awards, Bar K is certainly raising the bar on what it means for your dog to play.
Enjoy a bite at their restaurant or sip some coffee or an alcoholic beverage while you let your dog run and play in their nearly 2 acres and fully staffed park or 10,000 square feet of indoor space.
Bar K offers memberships, holds special events, sells special Bar K branded merchandise and more.
You can either set up a membership or come as a guest. Pricing varies, but guests can bring their first dog for $10, with each additional dog costing $5.

Scissortail Park Dog Park
Located between South Hudson Avenue and Scissortail Lake, this is the perfect place to take in the downtown skyline while letting your pups play!
The space may be small but still offers plenty of room to run, play fetch and benches for owners to sit and watch their dog!
Myriad Botanical Gardens
Located inside the Myriad Gardens in downtown OKC, this park is the perfect spot to let your pup run off some energy. This is an off-leash enclosed space on the southeast side of the park.
