Just thinking about March 28 should make your mouth start watering as that day has been designated National Brisket Day. We all know people are picky about their brisket. While we might argue about the right way to prepare it, we should all be able to agree nothing beats a perfectly smoked brisket. If you don’t want to spend all day (or night) smoking your brisket check out one of these local Chamber members for some great BBQ. Whether you like your brisket chopped, shredded or sliced you can’t go wrong with one of these great restaurants.
Iron Star Urban Barbecue — This restaurant has been serving great food since 2002 and is named after Oklahoma outlaw Bella Star. They offer a unique spin on comfort food.
Rudy’s — This BBQ staple has locations in north OKC and Norman.
