GalaxyCon Oklahoma City is a three-day festival that boasts to me more than a Comic-Con and will include celebrities, artists, writers, cosplayers and more. Geoge Takei, Lana Parrilla, Vincent D’Onofrio, Stephen Amell and more celebrities are scheduled to appear. Attendees can also participate in cosplay contests for cash prizes. The National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum is hosting its 33rd annual Chuck Wagon Festival May 25-26 and offers fun for the whole family. At the festival, you can sample food that would’ve been enjoyed on chuck wagons and various indigenous foods. Country and western musical acts will take the stage throughout Saturday and Sunday, and various activities and presentations will be offered including a special appearance from Hank the Cowdog author John R. The 47th Annual Paseo Arts Festival is happening May 25-27 offering visitors diverse forms of art, live musical entertainment, and a food court with more than 20 food and drink options. Festival goers can expect to see all art forms including painting, sculpture, jewelry, pottery and more, all for free. Musical acts are diverse as well with over 50 blues, jazz, pop and rock n’ roll performers scheduled throughout the weekend. The Annual Bethany 66 Festival is Saturday, May 25 and free to attend. Visitors can see all the cars, trucks and motorcycles entered into the car show, visit local arts and crafts vendors, enjoy great food and hear local musical acts.
