Help your new-to-market executives and senior managers get connected to our community by signing them up for OKConnect, a special partnership program between Leadership Oklahoma City and the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber.
Oklahoma City is a thriving and evolving community, and this exclusive orientation program features presentations on the past, present and future of Oklahoma City. Participants will get a behind-the-scenes look at the city’s history and government, as well as gain background on key initiatives and organizations.
Participants will learn how to engage in the community, have the opportunity to network with business leaders and have fun.
The program’s four sessions will be held January 29, February 26, March 26 and April 30 from noon to 5 p.m. The co-chairs for this class will be Jim Parrack, senior vice president at Price Edwards, and Shannon Rich, president & CEO at the Oklahoma Hall of Fame.
The program is limited to 60 participants to help create deeper connections and more productive networking, and the cost is $500 for Chamber members and $600 for nonmembers. Participants will be provided with lunch and a networking happy hour at each session. Submit applications at www.okcchamber.com/okconnect.
OKConnect is geared toward newcomers to the community or a manager with a new or expanded role that requires community awareness and involvement, and preference will be given to those who are newer to Oklahoma City or their management role.
